SHERATON SURABAYA HOTEL & TOWERS, Surabaya – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is conveniently attached to the mall and near Tunjungan Plaza, making it a very well-located spot with spacious and comfortable rooms, though the foul moldy smell was a downside. The service was exceptional in most areas, but an issue with one staff member wearing his mask improperly and showing signs of illness was concerning. Dining offered diverse options but was crowded in the Chinese restaurant. Overall, the location is excellent, close to major attractions, and the facilities are top-notch.

The hotel is strategically located in Plaza Tunjungan in Surabaya CBD, connecting to the famous Tunjungan Plaza Mall. The rooms are in need of refurbishment but come equipped with fitness equipment. The service is friendly and competent, with 24-hour fitness access. The location is superb, although in need of renovation. The dining options are varied, especially close to the mall. Overall, a reasonable choice but could use upgrades for better value.
